Poole Avenue Physical Therapy, PC is a small,   therapist-owned,      private practice that has existed in the community for more than  25 years.  We  provide a cheerful, caring environment for the rehabilitation process.

Physical Therapy sessions are available when prescribed by physician for a variety of diagnoses including Musculoskeletal injuries, Scoliosis, Arthritis, Joint replacement, Tendon Repair and ACL reconstruction. 

Individually designed programs for Neurological Disorders, Parkinson’s, Stroke, MS, and Balance Impairments are  provided.  Back Pain, Neck Pain and Postural Deficits are addressed and patients are instructed in home exercise programs.
